At Cheney Mansion in Jerseyville, IL you can not only investigate the location in the summer but you can also visit in the winter.  With a climate controlled location it is the perfect location to investigate during any season.  Come to the Alton area and make a great weekend of it.  We are only a short 20 minutes from other haunted locations as well as great history and shopping.  This is a must stop if you are in the area.   If you enjoy historical part of a location as much as the paranormal this location is one of the best to visit.  With period correct and even some of the family heirlooms still in the house we know you will enjoy your visit.
